Tape sticks strongly to a variety of surfaces including vinyl. Burnish rub the tape onto the vinyl. That means it is going to stick more then an indoor wall vinyl that is going to be more easily removable. You will have the transfer tape on top. The vinyl in the middle and the backing on the back.

Time pressing or ironing for too short a time can cause htvnot to stick to your shirt.
